Right of withdrawal

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the product is in its original condition. This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under your state of residence, including implied warranty rights and the right to reject defective goods under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Conditions for return/exchange

• Product with no signs of use, with all accessories and original packaging.
• Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• For manufacturing defects, the warranty terms published on the product page apply (typically 90 days to 1 year).
• Exchanges for another item are subject to stock availability.

How to request

• Contact us through the support channels listed in the site footer with your order number and reason for the request.
• Wait for return instructions (we may provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S. orders).
• Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund or exchange is processed within 5 business days.

Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product. For credit card payments, the credit appears on the next billing cycle, depending on your card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
